PRESIDENTIAL MALI: Presidential in Mali: results expected today

If no explanation was given for the postponement, an official of the Ministry of Territorial Administration, however, has explained that the "count" was not "totally" completed. "We have not finished. There is still a region where the counting is not over. The deadline is tomorrow, and we are still in time, "said Gamer Dicko, spokesman for the Interior Ministry. The electoral law provides five days after the election to announce the official results.  

Indignation camp Soumaila Cisse
